Baptism of infants is normally celebrated twice a month at Sunday mass. Parents should be registered in the Parish and actively participating in the life of the Parish community.

Please call the Parish office to schedule your child's baptism. Sponsors must be practicing Catholics in good standing (married validly), at least 16 years of age, and have received the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Holy Eucharist and Confirmation).

Congratulations on your decision to celebrate the Sacrament of Marriage! Arrangements for Catholic marriages should be made at least six monts before the desired wedding date. Please contact the rectory for more information.

Please contact the rectory office to make arrangements for Annointing of the sick and dying. Our Eutharistic Ministers visit the sick with Communion in their homes and area hospitals.

To be listed as a member of Holy Name, one must be active with church attendance and supportive of the works of the Parish within your means.
Persons who are unable to attend Mass can call the Rectory Office if you would like Communion or a visit.
Only active Church mambers will be issued Letters of ELigibility for the Role of Sponsor.
